Gary and Carla Strait operate Gary's Custom Woodworking which specializes in unique works of art and custom creations that are as affordable as they are beautiful.  You can see Gary's work at his shop located at the Gunn Highway Flea Market (2317 Gunn Highway, Odessa, Florida 33556).  The shop is located just outside the A building on the main walkway.
